Welcome to Bloom Mhetod. By purchasing a membership or subscription through our website, you agree to the following Refund & Return Policy.
1. Subscription-Based Service
Bloom Mhetod provides digital fitness services through recurring subscription memberships. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
- This is a digital subscription service and not a physical product.
- Access to workouts, training programs, coaching content, meal plans, or any member-exclusive material is granted immediately after payment confirmation.
2. No Returns
Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not accept returns or exchanges once access to the platform has been granted.
3. Refund Policy
All payments are generally non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error.
- Unauthorized transactions verified by our billing team.
- Billing mistakes made directly by our company.
Refund requests for any of the above reasons must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation stops future renewals only.
- Your membership access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time, unused workouts, or mid-cycle cancellations.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If a free trial or promotional offer is provided:
- You may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged.
- If you do not cancel before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to contact us first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of account access.
- Permanent banning from the platform.
- Submission of evidence to Stripe and relevant financial institutions showing acceptance of these terms.
7. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:
- We may retry the payment method automatically.
- Access to the membership may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.
